Description

This is an attractive brass kohl container of Persian origin. It includes a built-in brass stick for applying kohl, and features a detachable bottom for easy filling.

One of the advantages of kohl pots over using a regular bottle is that if you accidentally knock it over, the kohl doesn’t spill everywhere. Also the shape of the container makes it so it is easier to get the last bit of kohl onto the stick when you are running low on kohl.
